How do StepUp repayments work?

When you signup to StepUp, you set up a continuous payment authority that permits us to collect payments from your debit card.

We collect the first payment after you sign up. The remaining payments will be collected from the following month onwards, on the last Friday of each month. We'll send you a reminder beforehand.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your debit card. If you need to change your card, you can do this on the app (under My Profile).
