Sorry you're experiencing issues with making a payment. Can you please check:
You have the latest phone software update installed
You have the latest SteadyPay app version installed
You have no pending payments in your bank account that might be using up your available funds
Your bank isn't blocking your card
If you need to update your debit card details, you can do this on the app in the My Profile page.
