Why was I sent a Default Notice?

In accordance with the Consumer Credit Act, we will send this notice to you if you have failed to pay your instalments.

Please do not ignore this notice. We will give you a set amount of time to pay the outstanding amount. If you do not pay the outstanding amount, we will register a default on your file held by credit reference agencies and charge a £12 default fee. Please note a default will be on your credit record for six years, impacting your ability to obtain loans and credit cards.

If you have any questions, contact us with the in-app chat service.
