Why was I sent a Notice of Sums in Arrears (NOSIA)?

In accordance with the Consumer Credit Act, we will send this notice to you if you have missed two instalment payments.

Do not ignore this notice. We will give you a set amount of time to pay the outstanding amount. You can do this on the SteadyPay app. If you have any questions, contact us with the in-app chat service.

While you are in arrears we will not advance you any top-ups.
